Violent Winds and Heavy Dust Storms Paralyze Sharurah Governorate

Zero Visibility on the Roads

Residents in the south need to brace for severe weather disruptions today. The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) issued an urgent warning regarding highly dangerous conditions tearing through the Sharurah Governorate in the Najran region. Violent winds clocking between 40 and 49 km/h are currently whipping up massive clouds of blowing dust, brutally reducing visibility on the local roads. Driving under these conditions is an absolute hazard.

Stay Indoors Until Evening

The NCM confirmed that these miserable weather conditions will persist aggressively until at least 7 p.m. tonight. Authorities urge motorists to pull over if they cannot see the vehicle in front of them and advise citizens with respiratory issues to lock their doors and stay indoors. Ignoring these severe weather warnings puts both yourself and emergency responders at massive risk.
