Saudi Arabia implements a strict Public Decency Law which civil authorities enforce. You must follow these rules across all public spaces. Committing any of the nineteen listed offenses earns you fines ranging from 50 to 3,000 Saudi Riyals.

Never photograph locals or traffic accidents without explicit permission. Queue jumping also violates this civil law. You must keep music turned down, especially during prayer times.
