Participating in the OECD Skills Summit

Dr. Saad Al-Harbi led a Saudi delegation to Istanbul today. They attended the influential OECD Skills Summit in Turkey. Officials discussed adapting formal education systems for the modern world. They want to help students transition into dedicated lifelong learners. Leaders also addressed national strategies to upskill and reskill adults globally.

Advancing Vision 2030 Goals

Dr. Latifa Al-Faryan delivered the official Saudi delegation address. She called skills development a fundamental driver for human capabilities. This initiative strongly supports the core objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. She urged institutions to link education outcomes directly with employment opportunities.

Celebrating a Century of Russian Relations

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Education celebrated a major milestone in Moscow. They marked 100 years of bilateral relations with the Russian Federation. Officials held a massive cultural event at the Peoples' Friendship University. Ambassador Sami Al-Sadhan proudly attended the historic academic ceremony.

Fostering Future Academic Exchange

Dr. Al-Faryan confirmed plans to expand high-quality international academic partnerships. The Kingdom wants to strengthen global cooperation in scientific research. Leading scholars from Saudi and Russian universities hosted several academic sessions. They honored individuals who actively advance joint scientific and cultural cooperation.
