Saudi women now visibly reshape the national labor story. Female workforce participation more than doubled over the last decade. Current estimates show participation reaching nearly 36 percent this year. This number easily surpasses the original Vision 2030 target.

Women now own nearly half of all small and medium enterprises. Recent legal and social reforms strongly support this massive workforce transformation. Every working woman represents a more inclusive national labor market today.
