KSrelief Team Inspects Intensive Care Units At Port Sudan Children’s Hospital

A team from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center traveled to Sudan. They conducted an inspection visit at the Port Sudan Children’s Teaching Hospital. The center directly funds the intensive care and neonatal units there. Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Dr. Zaid bin Makhlad Al-Harbi attended the visit. The team inspected the advanced equipment in the pediatric intensive care unit. This unit is currently the only one of its kind in Sudan. They also reviewed the operations of the busy neonatal unit. This unit features incubators, warmers, and modern medical diagnostic equipment.

These facilities sit at the neighboring Accident Teaching Hospital. They support medical services and help activate the pediatric dialysis center.
