Saudia starts second phase of domestic operation from new Jeddah airport

Saudi Arabian Airlines began on Sunday the second period of its household task from the new King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) Jeddah with departure of a trip toward the southern city of Jazan. 

By this, Saudia has exchanged all residential entry and takeoff flight benefits between the new air terminal and 14 household air terminals in the Kingdom. 

The Saudia flight left the Jeddah air terminal for King Abdullah Airport in Jazan, with 125 travelers ready. 

The exchange procedure was smooth as per a vital arrangement for the exchange of tasks so as not to influence the activity of different flights at the present air terminal. 

 

Amid the following two weeks, the second period of the exchanging of more Saudia flights from the new air terminal to numerous other residential goals will be finished in participation with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and the airplane terminal organization. 

The new air terminal had the delicate opening on 29 May 2018 with the arrival of a household departure from Al-Qurayyat. 

Found 19 km north of the Jeddah city, the air terminal is viewed as a world-class notable and cutting edge door to the Two Holy Mosques. 

The air terminal, one of the biggest avionics centers on the planet, will be a keen, situation inviting, one of a kind milestone of the Arab and Islamic engineering. In the primary stage, the air terminal will deal with 30 million travelers for every annum.
