Man feeds camel bread stuffed with Saudi Riyals

A number of people, including legal experts, have strongly denounced the act of an identified Saudi man who fed banknotes to his camel,reported saudigazette.

A video clip showing the man’s act went viral on social media. Legal experts have asked the police to track down the man and bring him to justice for his heinous crime.

The unidentified man appeared in a video recording as he was stuffing bread with hundreds of Saudi riyals and feeding them to his camel.

The video which was widely circulated on social media websites sparked public outrage.

The security authorities reportedly launched an inquiry to investigate the video before taking action.

Under the article 3 of the Saudi law on national currency, violators could face 5 years in jail and/or a fine of SR10,000.
