First Jeddah Vox Cinema to open January 28

Vox Cinemas will open its entryways in Jeddah on Jan 28 out of the blue since the boycott was lifted in 2018.

Alan Bejjani, CEO of Al Futtaim, revealed to Arab News at the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos.

The film's fabulous opening at the Red Sea Mall will be held at 6:30 p.m. neighborhood time, where a strip cutting function will be held with amusement and a motion picture screening.

A year ago, Vox Cinemas reported it would contribute $533 million to open 600 performance centers in the following five years.

Films had been restricted for a long time until the principal film in the Kingdom opened on April 18, 2018, in Riyadh.

This comes as a major aspect of Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman's Vision 2030 activity which has been pushing for social change and widening the economy to decrease its dependence on oil to handle youth joblessness.
