9 Years old Saudi Cancer Patient becomes the Youngest policeman

The Youngest policeman: The only wish of this small child was to become a policeman and serve his people. The Riyadh police granted this 9-year-old cancer patient with a chance to become a policeman for a day and made his utmost wish come true.

He is a Cancer Patient: Hussain a small nine-year-old boy was diagnosed with cancer some three years ago when he was just 6 years old he suffered from high fever and fatigue illness and welling of his ankle.

He was taken to the hospital but initially, doctors were unable to find out his illness. However, later the family was shocked to know that he was suffering from low counts of red and white blood cells which is a type of cancer or viral infection that disrupt the bone marrow from working.
 
He loves to listen to Quran: Hussain’s mother described at that time he was placed on artificial ventilation and his treatment started.

She further said Hussain used to place her hand over his heart and ask me to read to Quran for him. It was hoped that he will undergo a bone marrow transplant and will be fine and this will give him a new chance to live.

Bone Marrow Transplant: Recently, he underwent a bone marrow transplant from one of his sisters. His surgery was taken at King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Al Ahsa Province.

How did he become the Youngest Policeman? Hussain’s mother described after his surgery, a traffic policeman came to visit him and then he visited him again the next day. However, Hussain was unable to speak although he was able to convey his wish to the policeman.

However, at that time the police officer was dispatched to take his measurement and his uniform was ready and he got it within two days. Hussain felt overjoyed and marched around the hospital showing off his police suit.

He wants to be a Police Officer once grown up: His mother too felt overjoyed and was relaxed to see the happiness on his face.

The Director-General of Saudi Traffic Directorate Maj. Gen. Mohammad Al Bassami said you can imagine our happiness when we see a boy like Hussain who looks forward to becoming a police officer achieve his dream.
