Saudi Arabia launched Environment Week 2026 recently. Citizens show incredible enthusiasm for environmental protection today. Awareness levels now exceed 84 percent nationwide. This huge shift highlights a strong commitment to positive environmental practices. People actively reduce pollution and join tree-planting campaigns daily.

Hitting Major Vision 2030 Targets

The Kingdom successfully rehabilitated one million hectares of degraded land. Teams planted over 159 million trees across the nation. They aim to plant 215 million trees by 2030. Wildlife conservationists also reintroduced 10,000 endangered animals into natural habitats. The government expanded protected wildlife reserves significantly.

Advancing Industrial Sustainability

MODON showcased its impressive green transformation efforts this week. The authority wants to reduce industrial pollution completely. Officials conducted 800 field visits to improve factory production efficiency. They increased green spaces within industrial cities by 50 percent. They also use smart drones to monitor air quality carefully.
