Friday Weather Forecast Brings Gusty Winds and Rising Temperatures

The National Center for Meteorology warns of dusty conditions across multiple regions.

Gusty and Dusty Winds

The National Center for Meteorology released its Friday weather forecast today. Meteorologists expect gusty winds in the Jazan, Aseer, Al-Baha, and Makkah highlands. Dust-stirring winds will also blow across Riyadh, Qassim, and Madinah. Residents in Hail, Tabuk, and the Northern Borders face similar dusty conditions.

Rising Temperatures and Red Sea Waves

Meanwhile, temperatures will rise significantly in parts of the Eastern Region. The Red Sea will experience northwesterly to westerly winds today. These winds will reach speeds of 42 km/h in northern parts. Mariners will see waves ranging from half a meter to two meters.

Calm Conditions in the Gulf

The Arabian Gulf will experience southwesterly to southeasterly winds. Gulf winds will reach speeds up to 33 km/h today. The sea will remain relatively calm for all maritime vessels.
