74 Drivers Take To The Corniche Track

The third and final round of the 2026 Saudi Toyota Time Attack Championship kicked off on Thursday at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit. Organized under the supervision of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, the event is managed by Bakhashab Motorsports alongside official partner Jameel Motorsport. The season finale has attracted an impressive field of 74 male and female drivers competing across 11 vehicle categories and the Ladies' Cup. Thursday's opening schedule focused on rigorous administrative checks and technical inspections to verify that all cars met strict safety regulations. Following a mandatory drivers' briefing on track rules, competitors hit the asphalt for free practice sessions to fine-tune their vehicle setups.

During the practice runs, drivers tested their tire grip and selected optimal racing lines around the high-speed coastal circuit ahead of Friday's finals. The championship action culminates on Friday with the first official timed race session starting at 4:00 p.m., followed by the second session at 7:00 p.m. Officials will determine the winners in each of the 11 classes based on the fastest lap times recorded across both evening runs.
