Almarai Company Reports SAR 6.19 Billion In Revenue For Third Quarter
Achieving Broad-Based Growth
Almarai Company announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The major food producer recorded revenue of SAR 6.19 billion. This marks an 11% increase compared with SAR 5.55 billion in Q3 2025. For the first nine months, revenue was up 10% to SAR 18.22 billion. Net profit in Q3 2026 reached SAR 617.8 million, up 1%. An improved revenue mix helped support this slight increase in profit. However, rising dairy feed shipping costs largely offset those revenue gains. Higher distribution costs driven by elevated energy expenses also impacted the margins.
Navigating Global Supply Chains
For the first nine months, net profit remained broadly stable at SAR 1.99 billion. CEO Fawaz Al-Jasser commented on the quarterly financial performance. He stated Almarai delivered broad-based revenue growth in the third quarter. He credited the strength of their brands and continued core category demand. He also noted disciplined execution across the entire business operation. "The investments we have made in recent years are increasingly contributing to growth," Al-Jasser said. These investments strengthen the company's ability to serve consumers across its markets. The dairy and juice category benefited from sustained demand.
Developing New Product Portfolios
Continued innovation and portfolio development supported the company’s response to consumer preferences. The bakery category also delivered improved performance this quarter. A stronger sales mix, product innovation, and disciplined cost management supported bakery growth. The protein category recorded a lower net profit contribution compared with Q3 2025.
